Can not link your “account “ to PayPal because although it’s backed by Fifth Third bank it’s no traditional account. Can only link card to pay pal, which incurs fees if you send money to family and friends. So I wanted to leave a review because the app keeps asking if I will lol but honestly because this app has been a lifesaver for me! The only downfall with GCC was their cards were completely garbage and bent and broke easily. My new Wisely card seems thicker and doesn’t seem as cheesy as my GCC’s I’ve had. Customer service failed to tell me I could pay a fee to get the new card overnight, so after calling again and complaining about how long it was taking I was able to. They say they’ll send me a new card in a week, but won’t even dispute the money I spent to get the broken card overnight.. There are no hassles, and you don’t notice the fees, or you couldn’t care less. It’s worth it because it’s so fast and convenient when transferring funds saving funds you can do it on your own terms.
